Manage all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs in Haidian MSW Incineration Plant Operations.
全面負(fù)責(zé)管理海淀生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠的質(zhì)量、健康、安全和環(huán)境事務(wù)。
Scope and Responsibilities：崗位職責(zé)：
To produce specific on site safety/quality plans;
負(fù)責(zé)起草、制訂具體的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全質(zhì)量方案；
To ensure compliance with BESES’s HSE policy;
確保生產(chǎn)工作符合北控升達(dá)公司的健康、安全和環(huán)境(HSE)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
To write specific safety and quality method statements and risk assessments;
負(fù)責(zé)編寫(xiě)具體的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行的安全質(zhì)量管理程序和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。
To carry out Site Safety audits for both operational and site safety admin procedures;
對(duì)運(yùn)行操作和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理流程進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和審查；
To undertake programmed management system and site audits;
負(fù)責(zé)管理既定系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核；
To advise and assist the Plant Manager in meeting the safety and quality legislation and company requirements;
在執(zhí)行安全和質(zhì)量的法定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面給廠長(zhǎng)提供建議和幫助。
To attend regular site safety meetings;
定期參加工廠安全總結(jié)和匯報(bào)會(huì)議；
To monitor and assist sub-contractors to meet legislation and company policy;
監(jiān)督和協(xié)助各承包商在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行法律和公司規(guī)定；
To assist Plant Manager with day to day problems, attend meetings with clients and ensure implementation of action points;
協(xié)助工廠經(jīng)理處理日常事務(wù)，出席客戶(hù)會(huì)議，確保日常各部分工作的落實(shí)；
To produce a Site Documentation filing system and to subsequently audit to ensure compliance with filing systems;
建立工廠資料收集系統(tǒng)并及時(shí)監(jiān)督審核，確保系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好；
To produce the Health and Safety Report for the Board Meeting and the Monthly Management Meeting;
為顧問(wèn)團(tuán)會(huì)議和每月管理協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議撰寫(xiě)健康和安全報(bào)告；
To lead and set up management systems ISO9000, ISO 14000 and safety management system;
建立并負(fù)責(zé)符合ISO9000，ISO14000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的管理系統(tǒng)和安全管理系統(tǒng)
To maintain and update Quality and Safety management systems;
定期維護(hù)、更新質(zhì)量和安全管理系統(tǒng)；
To prepare and conduct internal Quality, Environment, Safety audits company wide, and follow-up on the corrective actions and continues improvement;
籌備并執(zhí)行公司內(nèi)部的安全，質(zhì)量和環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審核，對(duì)違規(guī)操作及時(shí)糾正并持續(xù)跟進(jìn)；
Ensure compliance with Governmental Regulatory Agencies relating to Air, Water, Solid Waste and Employee Health and Safety;
保證公司運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)符合政府部門(mén)制訂的關(guān)于廢氣、廢水和固體廢物處理排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，監(jiān)督國(guó)家制定的員工人身健康安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在生產(chǎn)操作中的執(zhí)行；
Plan and implement effective Safety Programs and Training;
籌備和進(jìn)行高效的員工生產(chǎn)安全培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和課程；
Demonstrate Safety Program effectiveness through reductions in employee injuries and reduction in workers\\\\\\\' compensation costs;
確保公司的安全審查工作取得成效，尤其要將員工工傷和工傷賠付開(kāi)支降到最低；
Develop and maintain written procedures related to Q.S.H.E;
維持和完善和Q.S.H.E相關(guān)的書(shū)面程序；
Manage the inspection of facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations;
負(fù)責(zé)廠區(qū)、設(shè)備和安全設(shè)施的巡視，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并妥善處理潛在有毒危險(xiǎn)品，確保生產(chǎn)工作符合公司和有關(guān)部門(mén)的安全規(guī)定；
Conduct and/or direct the testing of air quality, noise, and other environmental conditions to verify compliance with health and safety regulations;
負(fù)責(zé)管理和執(zhí)行工廠的空氣質(zhì)量、噪聲和其他相關(guān)環(huán)境因素的監(jiān)測(cè)工作，確保員工工作條件符合相關(guān)的健康安全規(guī)定；
Manage Injured Workers\\\\\\\' cases within the requirements of Workers\\\\\\\' Compensation Law;
依據(jù)《工傷保險(xiǎn)條例》等國(guó)家法律規(guī)定處理職工工傷等相關(guān)案例；
Provide visible leadership to sustain Health and Safety Program;
用個(gè)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力確保健康安全計(jì)劃能長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)展；
Experience：崗位經(jīng)歷要求：
At least 2 years’ experience inas an operation leader
至少有兩年生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行負(fù)責(zé)人工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Experienced in operation patrol and boiler control.
具有生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督和鍋爐控制的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least 5 years’ experience in cogeneration plant or incineration plant
至少五年在熱電站或焚化廠的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Good command of English & Chinese.
中英文溝通流利；
At least 2-3 years’ experience in ISO system
至少2-3年ISO系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Education：教育背景
Bachelor degree or above in Chemical, Environmental Science;
化工或環(huán)境科學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)士或?qū)W士以上學(xué)位；
Certification of process safety evaluation, air pollution and waste water effluent control is a plus.
具有生產(chǎn)安全評(píng)估，廢水廢氣處理等相關(guān)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先。
