Major responsibilities:1. To lead project design team to complete products design, existing products modification or support on existing products from the field or manufacturing, which fulfill the requirements of the commercial and the technical specification within the given cost, time and quality targets,2. To make design planning of project as required, assigning tasks to design team members and follow-up,3. To make technical preparation and investigation for coming projects,4. Continuously strive to improve product design process5. To define the testing requirements of new products and liase with testing to ensure the tester meet the outlined requirements6. To define verification and validation of the design to ensure the desired product quality has been integrated in the design7. Provide data or information to create production and parts documentation for release8. Provide training for product support team for new and existing products9. Other assignments from the superior1、 帶領(lǐng)設(shè)計(jì)組在給定的成本，時(shí)間和品質(zhì)要求下完成新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品修改，使產(chǎn)品滿載商務(wù)和技術(shù)規(guī)格，或者對(duì)在市場(chǎng)或者生產(chǎn)中的現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品提供技術(shù)支持2、 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目要求制作設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃，給組員分配任務(wù)并跟蹤3、 對(duì)即將進(jìn)行的項(xiàng)目做技術(shù)貯備和調(diào)查4、 持續(xù)努力改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)流程5、 制定和執(zhí)行設(shè)計(jì)確認(rèn)和驗(yàn)證來(lái)保證設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到期望的品質(zhì)，配合測(cè)試部門(mén)確保測(cè)試設(shè)備滿足技術(shù)規(guī)格要求提供數(shù)據(jù)和信息以建立產(chǎn)品和元件的文件，并發(fā)行6、 對(duì)產(chǎn)品支持組提供關(guān)于新產(chǎn)品和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)7、 上級(jí)安排的其他工作事宜Requirements: Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4). At least 4 years working experience in an English speaking foreign company. Bachelor in Electronics or electrical related discipline and 4 years design experience in high volume switch mode power supplies or a similar technical and cost sensitive environment. Solid skills in analogue power electronics design or switch mode power supplies Solid Electronic Component knowledge Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel, Basic ERP knowledge. 具備良好的英文讀寫(xiě)和口頭溝通能力 （CET4級(jí)） 最少4年在以英文為工作語(yǔ)言的外資公司的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 有電子類(lèi)或者相關(guān)學(xué)士學(xué)位, 在具有大批量生產(chǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)電源或者類(lèi)似產(chǎn)品，成本控制嚴(yán)格的環(huán)境下4年的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn) 具備扎實(shí)的模擬電路，開(kāi)關(guān)電源設(shè)計(jì)技能 具備堅(jiān)實(shí)的電子元器件知識(shí) 具備基本的WORD,一般的EXCEL，基本的ERP知識(shí)
